Legal services are billed at a rate of $300/hour, and a retainer is required for most matters.
Sandra does offer the following flat fee services under most circumstances (not all clients may qualify):
- Uncontested Divorce, No Minor Children – $1,000.00
- Uncontested Divorce, With Minor Children – $1,500.00
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements – $500.00
- LLC Formation – $500.00
- LLC Operating Agreements – $300.00
- Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney – $150.00
- Durable Power of Attorney – $150.00
- Last Will and Testament – $350.00
- Estate Planning 3-Document (Living Will, POA, Will) Package – $500/individual; $800/couple (if documents are mirrored)
